These are quite amusing shots in some ways. I’ve wanted to start doing some bird photography for a while and a friend who’s an incredible bird photographer very kindly took me out one afternoon to give me some guidance. The amusing part of it is that somewhat inevitably the shoots that I was most pleased with ended up being the most abstract ones that are far less about the birds in question and far more about the visual imagery. I think it says a lot about where my heart lies photographically speaking.<\/p>\n
